Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a view of the bay! Boasting beautiful sunsets, private neighborhood is great for biking, walking or jogging. Two private beaches, two fishing piers, a swim platform, a playground, baseball diamond, volleyball field, picnic pavilion, boat-ramp and a mile long Bay-front park. Being 1 block from the bay, there’s a sulpher when the hot water is turned on. We added a filtration system to combat the issue but seeking options to completely remove the sulpher smell.
